How often can I run a course?

All of our courses are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You may start, pause, stop and re-run a course as many times as you like over the 12 month licence period.

What equipment do I need to run your courses?

You will need a computer with a minimum of a Pentium 300MHz Processor and 64 MB of RAM, Windows 98SE or later Microsoft OS with DirectX version 9 or later, a Sound Card and Internet access with Internet Explorer 5.5 or later or similar compatible browser (The Opera browser is not supported).

We recommended that you use a broadband cable/DSL home connection, as the multimedia portions of our courses may be prohibitively slow over a dial-up connection.

Where can I take the certification exams?

All certification exams can be taken world wide at an external test centre near to you.

What is a single-user license?

A a single-user license is a non-transferable license, which permits the purchaser to access the member area and use our services and training from a computer with Internet access for 12 months.

Are these courses right for my abilities?

All our courses are designed to start at a beginner's level and progress through to introduce intermediate and then more advanced concepts.

For the more experienced we hope to reinforce foundational concepts and fill in the holes for technologies you may not have experience or practice with and aid career progression.

Will I need additional materials?

Our courses are designed to prepare a student for the real world using video simulations and exercises to reinforce key concepts and help with test preparation.

Although not essential it is always wise to carry out extra reading from Press books or the Internet and configure a practice test environment to add value to your studies and keep up to date with the latest technology changes.

How can I place an Order?

What do I need to do to place an Order Online?

We've done our best to make it easy for you to place an order online:

  1. When you have located the Course you want to buy, open the relevant course page. (As an alternative to using the relevant course page, courses can also be ordered through our Course Price List page). Click on the 'Buy Now' button, this will transfer you to the secure registration page.
  2. You will then be asked for further details that are required to satisfy your order just follow the instructions on the screen, you will then be transferred to the Secure online payment service, input your Credit Card details when prompted. Your order confirmation will then be displayed. Please note that the card number will be checked to see if it matches your address in order to minimize fraudulent use of your card. We do not store credit card information
  3. After completion of the transaction - Your chosen course will be added to your account within a few hours. Once added you will receive an E-mail directly from us with details of your payment and how to login to the member area for course access.
  4. This site uses 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layers) encryption for all account and payment information. This is done via an 'SSL certificate' provided by GeoTrust (a respected certificate issuer).

On pages used to gather information, in the browser window you will notice a padlock, for example on our Member Login area, (either at the base of the browser window or in the path field). This indicates that secure communications are used between your browser and our website.

How do I access a Course?

All members can access their chosen courses from the member area using their assigned Username and Password

I cannot log in to the member area to access my course

Check that you have entered the correct username and password, these were assigned to you when you purchased a course. Remember that the username and password are both case sensitive.

In case you have forgotten your password click on the Forgotten Password? link. Then when prompted enter your e-mail address in the Email Address text box; ensure you enter the same e-mail address associated with your account. A new password will then be issued to you by e-mail.

How can I change my Username and Password?

You can update your account information including your username and password, from within the member area
